A Reworked Welcome

Years ago, I had bought a wooden plaque with this saying on it from The Christmas Tree Shops.  It was cheap, of course, but it made me happy. I liked both the saying and the colors.  It hung for only one or two seasons, however because the colors faded.  So then it sat in my "fix" pile, to repaint.  When I came across it recently, I knew it was destined for something sturdier than painted wood.  I used glass, beads & thin-set to withstand the elements. Thin-set is definitely not my fave to mosaic with, so it took quite a while to complete, but I like the result.
